We have had a commitment to diversity from our very first PIPELINE Conference, back in 2014. Not only is our team 50:50 women:men but we also believe that diversity in software teams is essential for good business outcomes.
We actively encourage people from groups under-represented in IT & software delivery (women, non-binary, BME, limited financial means, etc.) to send us suggestions for talks and to buy a ticket and attend the conference.
